2026 – MOSbius Twist (V3) chips are here. The first Twist (V3) chips came back from the first wafer.space run and are passing their first tests. Twist (V3) is the new baseline MOSbius chip and is designed to be pin-compatible with Twist Classic (V1). Coming soon, stay tuned! See The MOSbius Chip Family.
2026 – MOSbius Toggle (V2) is up and running. The advanced Toggle (V2) chip has been brought up and programmed as switched-capacitor circuits. Samples are available for collaborators who want to help develop experiments and materials. See The MOSbius Chip Family.
2026 – MOSbius Twist Classic (V1) is sold out. Thank you to all the students and instructors who used it! The materials on this website remain available and will carry over to Twist (V3).
