9. The MOSbius Crew#
Peter Kinget is the project lead
MOSbius Twist Classic (aka V1)
Longyi Li led the chip design and tape-out; Yunfan Gao, Zhuo Chen, Petar Barac, Ray Xu, and Hongzhe Jiang contributed to the chip design and tape-outs
Cade Gleekel led the development of the PCB, designed the logo, and created several demonstration experiments; Nico de la Cruz and Rosnel Alejandro Leyva-Cortes assembled some of the MOSbius PCBs
Yuechen He and Jingde Hu helped develop the lab experiments
Jianxun Zhu updated the LTspice library, created the Raspberry Pi Pico flow, and developed circuit demonstrators; he also made the beautiful MOSbius logo animation
Kaylie Kim designed the MOSbius Tester in Summer 2025 and tested the PCBs before shipping them across the world.
MOSbius Toggle (aka V2)
Xianglin Pu, Jingru Li, Qizhe Wu, Yuntao Guo, Jingde Hu, and Andrew Chon designed the chip in 180nm CMOS in Spring 2025: Xianglin Pu also designed the Toggle PCB and, with Jingde Hu, brought up and tested the chip.
Jianxun Zhu developed the Toggle LTspice library and Raspberry Pi Pico programming flow.
MOSbius Twist (aka V3)
Andrew Chon, Jianxun Zhu, Luighi Viton-Zorrilla, and Xianglin Pu designed the chip in GF180MCU in Fall 2025 for the first wafer.space run. Nico de la Cruz designed the first version of the Twist adapter PCB.
MOSbius PLL
Andrew Chon, Xianglin Pu, and Qizhe Wu designed the chip in GF180MCU during the Summer 2025 IEEE SSCS Chipathon, mentored by Kumar Lakshmikumar and Jianxun Zhu.
